Now, I’m a person who is really thin and I’d like to add some weight, but like everyone wants, the weight added should be muscles. As far as I go with my research, Protein is what makes your muscles grow fast, am I right? And the Soy Drink has more protein in it. Also, here is a research I found : http://www.all-soy-products.com/soy-prot ein.php

But I’m not sure which I’m going to follow. Hope somebody has some tips to give me.

I would say no. Lots of estrogen and your boobs will grow. search on the net about soy milk and stuff. soy based.

You don’t need any specialized food or drink. There is a whole cottage industry base around telling people that they need this or that for proper exercise or muscle building, but that is totally wrong. You just need to eat foods high in protein and make sure you lift a variety of weights. That way, you get tone and mass. Stretch, too, and work out all parts of your body. Also, you need cardio exercise (can’t stress that enough); just get in a bike or run.
Tl;dr, you don’t need any of those BS products.
